IVA @ OECD 6th Global Forum on VAT
With my fellow board members of the International VAT Association Mojca Grobovsek ,Emmanuel Cotessat Stephen Dale and Fernando Matesanz, I really enjoyed three full days at the 6th meeting of the OECD Global Forum on VAT in Paris. We have been able to connect to dozens of representatives of governments from all over the world. From Chili to Benin, from South Africa and Singapore to Fiji. Almost 100 countries were present. We also met organisations like CIAT, ATAF, PITAA, OpenPeppol, GCC Council, IMF and World Bank, and this has given us new ideas and energy to further expand the IVA and new ideas for topics and speakers at our next conferences.
